MUSASA Coffee School

Established in 2021, the MUSASA Coffee School was created to inspire and equip the next generation with advanced skills in coffee farming, barista training, cupping, and quality analysis. By aligning training with real employment opportunities in the hospitality sector, the school prepares students for meaningful careers in the coffee industry. Beyond coffee, the school offers vocational training in handcrafts such as tailoring and weaving, providing alternative income streams during the off-season and reducing the need for young people to migrate to cities in search of work. Together, these efforts strengthen the local economy and cultivate a skilled, passionate workforce rooted in Rwanda’s coffee communities.
